Last month, something unexpected and wonderful happened — I was invited to appear on DBS TV in St Lucia to share my journey and passion for juicing. The interview was arranged only the night before, so it was completely unscripted, just a real conversation about health, vitality, and the power of fresh juice.
You can watch the interview below:
Being welcomed with such warmth reminded me why I do this work. Because it matters. Because healing is possible. And because something as simple as a glass of juice can — quite literally — change your life.
When I talk about juicing, I’m not talking about a fad or trend. I’m talking about a practice. A ritual. A way to deeply nourish your body and reconnect with your vitality.
Years ago, I reached a turning point in my own health. I felt depleted, sluggish, and disconnected from my body. Juicing — specifically raw, cold-pressed juices — became a lifeline. It gave me more than physical energy. It brought clarity, balance, and joy and that was 16 years ago.
Juicing gives the digestive system a break so the body can focus on healing. It floods your cells with pure plant nutrition — vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants — in a form that’s quick to absorb and take effect. It’s nature’s version of a deep breath.
As I said in the interview, juicing is foundational in the work I do. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about tuning in to your body and giving it what it truly needs. Just one juice a day can be a beautiful act of self-care. A green juice in the morning. A beetroot blend in the afternoon. A calming cucumber tonic in the evening. It’s a way of returning to yourself.

Juicing isn’t a fad. It’s a reconnection.
And I’d be delighted to share more. If you host a show, podcast, event, or retreat, I’m available for interviews and collaborations. Talking about health and helping others be the boss of their own health is what lights me up. Contact me online here.
