Hi, I'm Geraldine Waring and I specialise in weight loss for men and women over 40.

I know that carrying extra weight can affect all areas of your life. I've been there myself and helped countless individuals and groups reach their desired weight, body shape and energy levels.

Together, we can design a programme for you to look and feel confident in your own body, so that you can enjoy the vitality, energy and good health you deserve to experience at any age. I can help you navigate through the huge amounts of confusing and overwhelming information out there on what foods to eat and the perfect diet for you.

Not for your neighbour, not for someone you admire, but for YOU. I work on the premise that we are all individuals both biologically and socially, and what works for one person, doesn’t necessarily work for another. So is not just about what you eat, but the complete balance of your lifestyle.

Together with my 40+ years’ experience in the fitness industry, and my Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, in our sessions, we combine your health history and your future wellness goals. in order to help you achieve the life of your dreams.
