I’m currently on a much-needed break with a lovely group of women friends, soaking in the beauty of the Cornish coastline near Wadebridge. We arrived last Friday and were blessed with wonderful sunny weather until today. The kind of weather that makes you feel like life couldn’t get better—perfect for lounging on the beach, sitting out in the garden, and appreciating the simple pleasures of summer.

We took full advantage of the sunshine with morning swims in the cool sea, energising exercises on the sandy beaches, and stunning coastal walks that seemed to change by the hour as the tides revealed the unique Cornish slate and stretches of golden sand. These experiences reminded me of the importance of movement and connection with nature, and how it boosts both physical and mental well-being.
