As throughout my life, I continue in my “retirement” to live a full and varied life. My passion is still to help myself and others live up to their full potential, in health, mind, body and soul.
One of my mottos is “it’s never too late”. I say yes to life, and I always believe that now is the right time! As they say, feel the fear and do it anyway.
My fitness career started with bodybuilding which I took up, to strengthen my body after suffering with dislocated disks. Along the way I came to realise that my health is my responsibility, no one else is going to do it for me. This journey and discipline to strengthen my body, also strengthened my mind.
Along with my business partner, I went on to be a pioneer in women’s fitness, opening a series of gyms for women across North London. We went on to run some of the first fitness holidays throughout the Mediterranean, winning the Evening Standard Best Fitness Holiday in 1995.
I followed many health related journeys throughout my career, including running raw food classes and juicing. In my “retirement” I brought all my experience and skills together and trained as a vitality & health coach, and am delighted to offer you my services.
I’ve included a series of photos below to give you a flavour of my fitness journey across the decades.
