How to Add More Cauliflower to your diet

It is such a versatile vegetable, and great at holding its shape and absorbing flavours. Roasting or steaming cauliflower brings out its natural flavour and adds a delicious delightful texture.

  • There is no wastage with cauliflower as you can eat the florets and I use the stalk and leaves to juice. 
  • Cauliflower is used in so many countries and there is a whole variety of delicious recipes using cauliflower. I love cauliflower steaks, roasted with cinnamon or Indian spices, hispi cauliflower and cauliflower soup.
