In 2019 I had a major heart operation. Very soon afterwards, I restarted my yoga practice, at first with shallow breaths and limited movements, and quickly I saw improvements and gained strength and confidence in my body.
No matter what challenges I face emotionally or physically, my yoga practice brings me to a space of self-focus and detachment from the busy mind, bringing harmony to life.
Coming from a body-building and weight-training background, I am not your typical flexible body type. I know from my personal journey, that anyone whatever age, shape or size can start practicing yoga and quickly feel the benefits.

If you’re a beginner and feel intimidated going to a large studio, I’m available to teach one on one or small introductory ad hoc classes in North London or St Lucia.
